Terms and Conditions

Home Delivery

1. Minimum food order is S$50/- and must be paid by cash or cheque to the delivery driver upon the food delivery.
2. Delivery time is about one hour (or 60 minutes). A little longer during weekend or if it is raining.
3. 10% service charge is applicable for home delivery.
4. No GST charge.
5. FREE DELIVERY.
6. We deliver Island-wide. Dinner (Daily): 6pm to 10:30pm; Lunch (Wed-Sun): 11am - 2:30pm;
7. Prices and information are with immediate effect and subject to change without notification. Please also do confirm item availability with Curry Xpress.
8. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments at a rate of Base plus five percent.

Catering Service

1. Deposit

   The Curry Xpress requires a 25% non-refundable deposit of the estimated bill upon the confirmation of the catering service. All payments must be made by cash or cashiers check payable to the Curry Xpress.

2. Cancellation

   All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 3 days of the scheduled event date will be charged in full.

3. Menu Selections
   Menus must be submitted to the Catering Office a minimum of one week prior to an event to guarantee your item selections. We offer a variety of menus (see sample menus) for you to choose from or our Catering Manager can customize a menu to your specific taste and desires. Prices are guaranteed for 30 days.

4. Indoor Catering Space Rental Fee

   Indoor Catering Space can be arranged and rental fee will be charged for use of part or all of the facility for a specified time period. This fee is in addition to any food, beverage or service charges incurred. Should an event run past the agreed upon duration, overtime charges may apply. The patron is responsible for payment of all overtime charges. No outside food or beverage is permissible without the Curry Xpress’s written permission.

5. Equipment & Miscellaneous Services

   Other than normal catering culinary, a complete inventory of standard glassware, plates, fork & spoon etc are also available for rental. Arrangements may be made during the initial catering service deal.

6. Transport Charge

   S$50.00/- will be charged as transport fee.This fee is in addition to any food, beverage or service charges incurred.

Packet Meal Service

1. Minimum packet meal order is 20 packets and must be paid by cash or cheque to the delivery driver upon the food delivery.
2. All payments must be made by cash.
3. Menu selection: Menus must be submitted to the CurryXpress at least 2 days before the event.
4. S$30.00/- will be charged as transport fee. This fee is in addition to any food or beverage.

6. CurryXpress offers a variety of menu to choose or our manager can customize a menu to your specific taste.
